Terrie Branch is a dedicated REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Premier and serves as Assistant Team Lead of CRS Realty Group. As a licensed REALTOR® in Virginia and a North Carolina Broker, she proudly assists buyers and sellers throughout Hampton Roads and surrounding communities.

Terrie’s passion for real estate is deeply personal. Having served on the executive board of an association dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness here in the Hampton Roads area, she has seen firsthand how important stable housing can be. That experience strengthened her desire to become part of the change by educating clients, connecting them with helpful resources, and guiding them along a realistic path toward homeownership.

She is especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers and helping individuals understand that homeownership may be possible with the right preparation, education, and support.

Terrie is known for her professionalism, compassion, strong communication, and client-first approach. She works hard to make every real estate experience as smooth and rewarding as possible, and her favorite moment is seeing her clients receive the keys to a place they can finally call home.
